All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds on any orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@velourbodies.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

All Sales Are Final

This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with results. We recommend patch testing all new products before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
